This services allows to invest a tourist land and establish a tourist project, whether from the land database available to the ministry or the land request for allocation by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning.

• Request and evaluation of requests for desire are studied according to the procedures in force in the ministry, and priority is granted according to the distinction of the project idea and compatibility with the strategic directions of the Ministry, the investment capacity of the owner of the request, the availability of tourism sites available for direct investment, the level of quality and star classification, the size and diversity of entertainment components and the proposed tourism activities, and the distinction of management and operation.
• The Ministry has the right not to consider the request if the data and documents are incorrect or incomplete and thus the application becomes null and void
• The ministry is not obligated to bear any costs that the investor will spend as part of its preparation for the studies of the project.
• The submission of this desire to express this desire does not mean any commitment by the Ministry of Heritage and Tourism, and in the event of non -response by the ministry within 3 months from the date of submitting the application, this application is not qualified for the subsequent stages and thus becomes automatically null and the applicant has the right to apply through the competitions that are offered by the ministry.
• The owners of applications qualifying for direct investment are addressed to provide detailed documents in order to complete the study and analysis procedures, which may require the provision of additional documents and provide detailed plans in accordance with the criteria and requirements in force in the ministry.
